We are planning to pick up the key from you guys on Friday October 30th (Cody and Sammer will be picking up) late morning/early afternoon.
We will access to the room Monday November 2nd for set up sometime in the morning (it will either be Kevin and Makena or Javier and Tavyan for set up).
Voting will take place November 3rd between 7am and 8pm. We will have poll workers on site about an hour prior and hour after.
We can return the key November 4th when we pick everything up. We plan to have everything picked up and the room reset prior to 10am so as to not impede the group that meets there at that time. Just let me know where my guys can leave the key.
