Imagine if in June of 2019 a person from our church family predicted there would be a pandemic in the next year. As you imagine this scenario, is it more exciting or more scary to you? That would be a prophet in our midst!
Prophets were a part of God’s leadership plan for the nation of Israel, along with priests and judges and, eventually, a king. This week we look at God’s plan for prophets in the nation of Israel, His criteria for true and false prophets, and whether prophets are part of God’s plan for the church today.
