When they saw the star, they were filled with joy. (Matt 2:10)
What do we know about joy?
- God created us for it
- Jesus brought joy to God’s heart
- Jesus wants us to be filled with joy
- It’s a result of having the Spirit guiding our lives
- Hope is feeling the joy of the future right now
In this third week of advent, as we prepare our hearts for the celebration of Jesus’ birth, we ask God for a little more of the joy He has for us.
