This week in our series Dinner with Jesus we read in Luke 22:1-38 about the most important meal Jesus had: the Last Supper. There are two rites that Jesus started for those who are His followers: baptism and communion. Communion is the only one that we do repeatedly, and this week we focus on the Jewish roots of communion, the meaning of communion, and how we can make the celebration of the Lord’s Supper more meaningful as we take it together.
