There is a phrase that has pin-pointed something important in my life: “I love meaningful work.” This sentence has helped me to deal with a strong workaholic drive because I realize that all work is not the same. Meaningful work is fulfilling in itself, feeding my soul. I wonder if that’s what Jesus means when he says “My nourishment comes from doing the will of God, who sent me, and finishing His work.” (John 4:34)
