The prophet Isaiah spoke to the people of Israel during a time of great difficulty. Sound familiar? Isaiah assured them that God saw their troubles. If they would just hope in Him and wait for His deliverance, they would find all the strength they needed. Patiently allowing God to use our pain for His purposes will result in a life that looks more and more like Jesus.
