Heroes of the Church: Perpetua the Martyr – June 29, 2026

As followers of Jesus in the 21st Century, we stand on the shoulders of the Christian heroes who have gone before us. Because they were willing to be witnesses for Jesus, even to the point of death, we have the privilege of knowing Jesus today. In this video we reflect on the life of Perpetua, a woman who chose death rather than betraying Jesus. As we look at her story and see Bible verses that call us to stand up for Jesus, may our devotion to our Leader and Rescuer increase.
